dc.description	The European art, architecture, science, and religion were all greatly affected by the Baroque period. The power of the human experience and the strength of the divine have been expressed by Baroque art through its dramatic style and emphasis on emotion, movement, and detail. The period's cultural landscape was affected by the architectural achievements of the time as well as discoveries in science and religious influences. It becomes clear how the Baroque period reflected the intricacies of its time and still inspires affection today by looking at these parts, which include one of the most famous paintings of the time.
dc.description.abstract	This mixed media composition was created as a part of the AIU Divine Creation competition 2025, by Sheikha Al Harbi from SCAD. The artwork is entitled "Pieta" and won honorable mention.
