Career Plan Workshop - 17-09-2025

Abstract

The “Welcome to Your Career Journey: Unlock Your Potential” event was designed to inspire students to envision their future careers and set meaningful goals through interactive, skill-building activities that foster teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving. As part of this initiative, the Career Planning Workshop—“Discover Your Path to Success!”—was delivered in two 50-minute sessions, introducing 35 participants from diverse backgrounds to a foundational three-step career planning process: Discover, Explore, and Plan. Using an engaging handout and presentation, students identified their strengths, interests, and values, and developed actionable SMART goals. The workshop also aimed to encourage continued engagement by promoting upcoming career skill sessions such as Email Writing and Resume Writing, creating a dynamic and supportive environment for proactive career development.
